Metal Portiere Rod Set

A great draft-proofing solution for your door.

The metal portiere rod hinge fixes to the door frame or return wall, whilst the pole is held in place by a support bracket fixed to the door. This allows the door to open and close without moving the curtain. A second pole support is provided which can be attached to the return wall. This allows the curtain pole to be ‘swung’ off the door and rested on the pole support when the curtain is no longer required, for example during Summer months.

Our metal portiere sets come in two finishes, Bronze or Graphite Grey and have a stopper finial (not a ball as shown in the image). The metal pole is supplied as 1.2 metres and can be trimmed on site to your required width. Each complete set is supplied with the following:

• 1 x Portiere hinge/bracket

• 1 x 19mm x 1.2m Pole

• 2 x Sliding (Support) brackets

• 1 x Stopper Finial

• 2 x locking collars

• 12 x Rings

Delivery is £8.50 for UK orders and £4.75 for small or light items. We will advise you by email or telephone if there is a surcharge payable for instance to deliver to Scottish Highlands and Islands.
