This fine-grade, pure unscented Epsom salt from Silvan Skincare helps to relax muscles and aid sports recovery.
The mineral content of the salt gently draws toxins from the body, reducing inflammation, aiding muscle and nerve function and promoting the removal of lactic acid from muscle tissue. Magnesium and sulphate are both readily absorbed through the skin making a salt bath an ideal way to enjoy the benefits. Add 250g per bath and soak for 15 minutes, 1-3 times a week. Rinse off.
