Ukrainian Handwoven Linen Bolster Cover – UBCA3

A large, linen cover handwoven in Ukraine in the 1920’s. Ideal for use as a bolster cover or unpicked and used as a panel, featuring a band of colourful, patterned weave.

The cover is hand-stitched together on three sides, the fourth side is open and does not have a closing fastening. These pieces have all of the idiosyncrasies of an aged and loved piece of cloth so small marks and signs of wear are to be expected and are an inherent part of their charm.
